Sustainability Relief Assistance Program

Sustainability Relief Assistance Program is designed to assist working or temporarily displaced families with children who are financially fragile due to the current pandemic. The purpose of this program is to prevent homelessness.  

* Must have a valid Georgia ID or Driver’s License 

* Must have children under the age of 18, currently residing with you 

* Must show proof of employment prior to March 1, 2020 

* Mush show past due balance 

* Must reside in Houston County 

Assistance will be provided during the month of June. The amount of assistance will vary based on family size, income, and need. Call our office, 478-328-8181, to schedule a screening or For further information.

Fall is in the air!

Thank you to the Greenbriar Garden Club for decorating the front doors of the Day Center with fall wreaths and for the donation of a potted plant to brighten indoors for our guests. 

Pampered Chef Party

You are invited to a "virtual" "Pampered Chef Party" hosted by one of our wonderful Family Promise volunteers.  Between now and October 27 you may go to this website, place an order, have it shipped direct to your door, and a percentage will go to Family Promise of Greater Houston County.  Just in time for holiday preparations or gift giving, join us in having 'virtual fun' and supporting homeless children and their families.
